RESERVATION POLICY

Your reservation is confirmed once the advance payment has been made. The reservation is valid for three (3) days otherwise your reservation will be canceled. If you transfer money via bank transfer, please send proof of payment with your reservation
number or your full name. The payment methods are: Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Pay-by-Link.

Changes to the reservation are not accepted during the rental or if there is no such information as stated in the cancellation policy.

CANCELATION POLICY

1. The deposit corresponds to the amount of the three (3) first days of your booking.
2. In case of cancellation or any change of your reservation, you must inform the store address up to seven (15) days prior to the rental date. In this case, the entire amount of the deposit is refunded.

3. If you do not inform your booking in advance (before 15 days), the deposit will not be refunded.

GDPR

The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to conclude a vehicle rental agreement. The above data is retained for a period of time necessary for the purposes of the rental agreement and control by the authorities and will be destroyed afterwards.
