Driver’s age:

The minimum age limit is 18 years for the AM qualification category. For categories A1, A2, A, B, B1, the minimum age is 23 years old or 21 years old with 2 years of experience for category B.

Driving license:

The driver must have a driving license for the corresponding vehicle category he wishes to rent. For countries outside the EU there should be an international driving license. In any case, the license must be in effect and be carried by the customer when the contract is drawn up and throughout the lease period.

Insurance:

All rental rates (excluding bicycles) include simple liability insurance. The lessee is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental (the security is not effective when the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol). Especially for cars there is a choice of three insurance packages depending on the needs of the clients (full insurance, simple insurance, full insurance for damage over 70% of the vehicle’s damages).

Fuels:

Fuels fall on the customer. The vehicle is returned with the same fuel level as delivered, otherwise the customer is charged.

Delivery of the vehicle:

At the store or wherever the customer desires on request without extra charge.

Fines – Traffic Violations:

All fines and administrative penalties are charged to the customer.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations or changes to your booking are made no more than seven (7) days prior to the rental date without any charge. In this case, the full amount of the deposit is refunded. Otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.

Kilometers:

The kilometers are free.

Helmet – Accessories:

The helmet is offered free of charge to the customer. Likewise, the extra accessories accompanying the cars (child seats, etc.), subject to a valid update of the store’s address.

Road assistant:

If the vehicle is damaged, contact the store directly and the vehicle is repaired or replaced.

Rental and transportation outside the island:

It is possible to transport the vehicle off the island only with the written permission of the store’s address.
